seems to be strained to the ultimate, as I go through my training routine. |

My arms and
shoulders need great durability for punching, chopping and slamming. |

Strong stomach
muscles are essential in any physical encounter. I work mine very hard. |

Aerobic
exercise with weights is a vital component in my regime. This produces the
stamina I need to wear down opponents. |

After a solid
session, I relax before heading for the shower. |

Somehow, even
after all of this exertion, I am able to stay lithe and sleek. |

Fang's Workout
You know I just love to compete
and that I would not hear of defeat.
How is it that I will not quit?
Do you think it's because I'm so fit?
Well, please let me tell you about
the way I choose to work out.
When I sweat and slog and strain
to exhaustion, despite all the pain.
Though my endurance is put to the test,
it seems that I do not dare rest;
for, one day, I shall be supreme.
This is my goal and my dream.
I'll skip, I'll jump and I'll run
even though it is surely no fun.
Lei Fang never shall stop
'til I have fought my way to the top.
